This week marks the beginning of a new chapter for me. This past year has been one of healing and expanding, tending to my broken heart and watching flowers explode out of it. I’ve been so so lucky to have the sweet nurturing love of my family in Chicago, family-like friends in Portland, and my sweet new Breitenbush family to support me in the process.
And now, I’m sitting at a desk in the bright room of the house I’m living in in Northeast Portland, turning my attention to making a living doing my Work in the world. Which, I have realized with great clarity over the past year, is all about love. Big, universal love. The kind that we can draw in with every inhale and share with every exhale.
We can all do this work… the work of receiving, sharing, and holding space for love to shine. And there is no one way…
