This week’s mindfulness practice is all about staying with things that feel good, even when we know they’re impermanent…. because, for me at least, it’s tempting to focus on how sad or nostalgic I will be when something is over, rather than enjoying it while it’s here.
So today, let’s “try to bow down to it all”–as my friend Gillian said in response–by doing this freewrite:
